How we handle your information, your registration and your experience at the Summit. Where a binding term is issued by the Institute, this page points you to the authoritative source rather than restating it.
Privacy
The Summit collects only what it needs. If you join the priority list, your email and any organization you provide are recorded to send you the announcement. Consent is recorded per purpose: consent for Summit announcements is stored separately from any other consent, and neither is required to register.
Priority-list signup uses double opt-in — you are not subscribed until you follow the link in the confirmation email — and you can withdraw consent at any time. Registration, payment and attendee data are handled by the Institute’s secure operational platform under its privacy practices. Registration terms
Registration for the Summit is completed on the Institute’s secure platform. The binding registration terms — including price, tax treatment, and refund and transfer terms — are presented at the point of registration, which is the single authoritative source. We do not restate those terms here so that there is no risk of contradiction.
Accessibility
Accessibility is treated as a design condition, not an add-on. This website targets WCAG 2.2 AA: keyboard operability, visible focus, semantic structure, sufficient contrast, reduced-motion support and meaningful alternative text.
Specific access provisions for the Summit itself — such as venue access, captioning and dietary or mobility needs — are published with the programme, and an accessibility contact is available once registration opens so that particular needs can be arranged.
Code of Conduct
The Summit convenes people to do serious, sometimes difficult, public-interest work. All participants are expected to treat one another with respect and good faith, and to help keep the Summit a place where honest, rigorous conversation is possible. Photography & media
Where photography or recording takes place at the Summit, participants are informed in advance and the arrangements — including how to opt out — are set out in the registration materials. Imagery on this website is editorial illustration and does not depict a past Summit, its speakers or its attendees.
